Our 3-Day acadustry®-oriented Masterclasses are developed to coach executives and managers in aviation organizations for their growth and talent management. Although this track is industry-focused, it also allows the delegates to be awarded with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Aviation Business Management, by Atlântica University, upon the completion of 10 certified Masterclasses within a year. The Masterclasses are normally delivered at Aviationia HQ, in-house or virtually, and can be stemmed up from a Training Needs Analysis.
